Hi. I’m Dr. Crista, licensed therapist, certified yoga teacher, and creator of Come Find Rest. This is a community for over-functioning, high-achieving, burned out souls who desperately long to be still. The hope is that we don’t remain weary and burned out forever. But that we would experience times of refreshing by learning to flow in the rhythms of grace. I believe Peace is a Person and true, lasting rest is found in Jesus Christ. So, let’s offer our bodies, awaken our souls, and connect with His Spirit.
